here are a few more examples made with the
a188/1 prototype, equiped with 2048 stages ic.


1.
the audio source for the a188/1 is an a110 sawtooth wave,
shaped with an a101/2 lpg under adsr envelope control.
an a137 wave multiplier is patched into the a188/1
feedback loop. first you hear the dry synth sequence,
then the pure bbd output.

2.
the same audio source as above, but now an a107 multitype filter
is patched into the a188/1 feedback loop. the a107 cutoff frequency
is modulated with a triangle lfo (a147). the a107 is in filter mode 25,
which is a 12db notch filter. an additional 24db lowpass filter (a109)
with fixed cutoff is used at the end of the signal chain to suppress
the bbd clock noise.

3.
same patch as example 2, except for the additional a109,
which is omitted in this example. again the same synth
sequence, now played back at a somewhat higher tempo. the a107
is in filter mode 04, which is an asymetric bandpass filter
with 12db lowpass and 6db highpass response.
first you hear the dry synth sequence, then the pure bbd output,
then again the dry synth sequence.

4.
now the audio source for the bbd is a self-oscillating
a106/1 xtreme filter. there is nothing patched to
the a106/1 audio inputs, also nothing in the feedback loops
of both a188/1 and a106/1. the a106/1 cutoff frequency decreases
while the a188/1 clock frequency increases, and vice versa
(done with an a147 triangle wave). you hear the bbd output.

5.
now a cross-feedback experiment.
a106/1 feedback input is patched to a188/1 bbd output and
a106/1 feedback output is patched to a188/1 feedback input.
both modules are set to self-oscillation. same lfo modulation
as in example 4. you hear the bbd output.
